To create a brand that encapsulated innovative technology and also had an all-important human touch, to reflect and engage with the end user – the candidate. We immersed ourselves in the prototype technologies and end-to-end user journeys to gain a full and clear understanding that enabled us to generate and refine our initial creative concepts.
We generated the name Recii, which unifies the Recruitment, Recording and Reconnaissance aspects of the technology. The visual brand consists of the Reciiwave icon, which is a soundwave representation of the word Recii, together with a suite of wider ranging Reciiwaves and bold typographic treatments of brand relevant words. Executed in a bright colour palette, these primary assets create a distinct and vibrant look and feel. The new brand was captured in a thorough and concise guidelines document and asset templates were provided for future implementation and expansion.
The new brand was executed across a wide range of launch collateral, including business cards and stationery. We also created a full suite of website design files and online implementation guidelines.
