Regional Securities
Regional Securities are an investor in, and manager of, commercial real estate in the UK. Founded during a testing economic climate, they pride themselves on their unique approach which is contrary to the marketplace norm, but in whose ability to deliver results they strongly believe.
We were commissioned by Regional Securities’ founding partners to help clarify their approach and vision, by bringing it to life as an engaging and visually-refined brand. The icon represents the five aspects of both their operational methods and their underlying values which together form a trusted, tight and interwoven whole. Execution of the new brand identity was carried out with the utmost precision and detail in terms of aesthetics and production, with the exclusively black and white colour palette being one of its most distinguishing assets.
