Since its formation in 2012, Square Metre Asset Management has earned a reputation for identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities, and delivering substantial over-performance through an analytical and diligent approach to asset management. As Square Metre’s client base grew, and their portfolio became more diverse, they recognised the need for a brand refresh.
We carried out interviews and brainstorming sessions with Square Metre’s management to help formulate the brief and set the goals for the project. The result was a minimalist and contemporary icon and logo, elegantly executed with a dark blue colour palette and styled photography, that encapsulates the precision and attention to detail that Square Metre’s reputation has been built upon.
